• Engineered line items cause dual invoicing when used for service
• Service components requires a lot of clicking, assemblies of service components go to assembly app which causes confusion
• Some version of give customer estimate of time and materials, then give final quote

Engineered lined items have a lot of great functionality but don't have support for labor hours.

Some version of engineered lines having better invoicing functionality and displaying hours in separate buckets would likely meet the immediate needs established in the symposium.
