QOL: Add Import from Excel Option for Sales Quotes

When we sell large capital jobs (handled via job manager), it's common for us to create a table of recommended spares in the manual. These tables can be a hundred line items long or more. When it comes time to create a recommended spares quote after the sale, the data input work becomes very tedious (hundreds of copies and pastes). It would be very nice if you could import components, quantities, and lead times for the quote from an Excel table, to help smooth this process out a bit.

Let me know if I'm missing a feature here.
