Nice to Have: Ability to include files on RFQ

There currently are options for file attachments to be included in PO's. It would be good if this option was also available for RFQ's

Hey Mason! Have you checked the files tab in the RFQ section? At least on 14.10.2 we have that as a checkbox button.

I tried it on 14.10.1.0 and it appears to be working. I thought there had to be a specific RFQ one, but it is actually working with the check box on the PO item. I think we can call this one implemented.
