Basic: The ability to set a folder path for a Job and have a button on the Job screen that opens that location. Folder permission can be handled external to Counterpart.

Next Level: Counterpart Job folder creation when jobs are created based on a default or specified location. "Create Folder", Yes/No, selection in Job Create menu.

Over The Moon: Next Level plus... Allow selection of folder template. Template could be as simple as copying an existing folder/sub-folder structure within a Template folder. Created folder would get the Job Number, of coarse. User can configure and create as many templates as they want and select them as long as they are named and nested properly. There are probably more sophisticated ways of doing this..

Would the goal be to keep job level documents? What do you think about this being a PDM integration?

@kmultop PDM integration would be nice and facilitate revision tracking of job documents as needed.

@wcobb and @mledinski I think this 1) lines up with mledinski's request. 2) is an interesting idea that I'd like to discuss further.

@j1m4hgd this will likely be accomplished when the sales and job manager applications are combined
