Feature Request: Ability to Create Shipment for Capital Job

It would be very helpful to create a shipment for a capital job in order to remove items from inventory. Most of our jobs are Time & Materials, so we end up shipping items (finished goods and parts) to customers at different times and not staged in sales orders. It would be ideal to be able to create a manual shipment where a job can be selected and parts or assemblies within the job can be shipped. This would allow for the packing slips, commercial invoices, etc. to be generated in Counterpart along with being able to add tracking information.

It would also be useful for shipping parts to vendors so that there is a packing slip record for external processes.
