An Option to have a Default Picking Mode in Job Manager Picking Information

My company will 99.99% of the time pick to assembly location. There may be small instances where picking to an inventory location would make sense, but not usually for our company.
Other companies may always pick to an inventory location, which is totally fine for them. But this setting updates defaulting to inventory location if something is updated in job manager. I would love a setting for this to be defaulted to whatever the user chooses - Assembly, mixed, inventory.
