Feat Req: Add Tool-Tip Display for Job Class

Please add tool-tip display of the description assigned to the Class pull down options in the Job Create dialog shown in the screenshot below.

This will help make the correct Class selection a little clearer for the user.

Below is a list of our current Job Classes and their assigned descriptions.
