QOL: The ability to update an inventory replenishment due date.

Currently, we can set a replenishment due date during the initial manual replenishment screen. But what if stuff comes up that bumps that due date back due to importance? Being able to adjust that due date on the fly, similar to an engineering order due date, would be beneficial to see what is actually late in allocations. I think the only way to adjust this is by cancelling everything and reissuing and reallocating what has already been received, etc. Is there a better way to handle this?
