Data source: parts by vendor

Request from @mmathur to view all parts that a particular vendor supplied. Likely could be a new data source. Business need is to be able to look up a vendor and see all the parts they supply, could be used to help negotiate agreements with vendors, or to help identify a part that can only be recalled as "we buy it from vendor x".
